DIVORCE AND AFTER.

Do you find it challenging to agree with your ex when it comes to

co-parenting?

Do you feel that no matter how hard you try you can’t let go and move on from the divorce?

YOU ARE NOT ALONE. NO ONE IS EVER PREPARED

FOR THE EMOTIONAL DISTRESS OF A DIVORCE AND WHAT COMES AFTER.

IN FACT, MOST FAMILY STRUGGLES ARE USUALLY KEPT QUIET OUT OF
FEAR OF WHAT YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS WILL SAY

PRIOR TO FILING FOR DIVORCE.

WE ARE HERE TO SHARE WITH YOU THAT THE TRANSITIONAL PHASE YOU ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING IS A NATURAL RAMIFICATION OF DIVORCE.

AND, WHILE EVERY DIVORCE IS DIFFERENT, RESOLVING THE COMPLEXITIES OF DISCORD AND MAKING NEW LIFESTYLE CHOICES CAN BE RESOLVED WITH SIMPLE STRATEGIES THAT WILL PUT YOUR MIND AT EASE.

Children

Coaching

Children coaching teaches children to have a healthy understanding of themselves to support their emotional and psychological development during or after the divorce. Due to the complexity of divorce, children may face emotional challenges where they struggle to communicate their feelings of transitioning between two homes, when mom or dad meets a new partner, and how to adapt to new family environments. Coaching can provide children with self-soothing and mindset exercises to everyday emotional needs to effectively work through life transitions from a healthy place of love.

Co-Parenting Coaching

Co-parenting is an essential component to creating stable and healthy environments for your children’s overall psychological development and physical growth within two households. Due to the complexity of co-parenting, parents may face challenges where they disagree on what’s best for their children or struggle to meet their children’s needs.

Co-parenting coaching can provide you with strategic solutions to everyday co-parenting problems with actionable steps to support your children’s health as well as your own.

Divorce

Coaching

Divorce coaching empowers you to find clarity, whether you are considering a divorce or rebuilding your life after divorce. The process allows you to explore your emotions, values, and goals while simplifying the decision-making process to heal and let go of the turmoil that no longer serves you. Throughout the interactive relationship with your coach, they will assist you in making healthy choices and defining a new path that meets your lifestyle goals. At the end of the day, divorce doesn't have to define you when you make the decision to marry your truth.

Parenting Plans & Mediation

Divorce/Separation can be a painful and stressful process for you and your children. However, you can make the transition and scheduling manageable by establishing a suitable parenting agreement that works for the children, yourself, and ex-partner. The parenting plan is an inclusive arrangement that provides a schedule for shared parenting time and responsibilities. It signifies where the children will be for the holidays, weekends, transportation to-and-from each household, best communication channels and locations for household exchange, boundaries with a new partner, vacations, and educational or medical decisions.

HAVING A HEALTHY CO-PARENTING RELATIONSHIP DETERMINES

YOUR CHILDREN’S VIEWPOINTS ON LOVE AND RESOLVING DISCORD

IT IMPROVES YOUR MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH  WHEN YOU STICK
TO THE FACTS AND COMMUNICATE WITH BOUNDARIES

YOUR CHILDREN DESERVE TO HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH EACH PARENT DESPITE HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT YOUR CO-PARENT

LETTING GO IS THE CATALYST TO ELEVATING YOUR PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL GROWTH TO THE NEXT LEVEL

CHILDREN THRIVE WHEN THEY ARE ABLE TO TALK ABOUT THEIR EMOTIONS VERSUS EXPRESSING IT THROUGH THEIR BEHAVIOR.
