Jan & Jillian Yuhas, MA, MFT, CPC
Jan and Jillian are dedicated to helping individuals and families facing co-parenting complexities by amicably resolving disputes and increasing constructive communication for a peaceful resolution. They help families establish firm boundaries, evolve into their new lifestyle, support the psychological and emotional health of everyone involved, and create amicable Parenting Plans with a child-focused approach.
Their psychotherapy education, personal experience, and drive for resolution give them a cutting edge in the divorce community in helping others resolve high-conflict communication, shutting down coercive control, and healing from emotional abuse. With twenty years of experience, they help their clients achieve child-centered solutions through coaching and mediation services.
Their passion to help others began at the age of 22 when they became volunteers at the National Runaway Safeline. During their volunteer experience, they helped mediate high-conflict conversations between parent(s) and their teens who ran away from home. They provided compassionate guidance and solutions to the families in order to work through their challenges and unresolved differences prior to the child returning home. Jan and Jillian’s dedication to volunteer work inspired and fueled their interest to want to help others work through their relationship struggles, which lead to their Masters in Marriage & Family Psychology and becoming certified Mediators.
