Their background in psychotherapy, combined with twenty years of hands-on experience, gives them a distinct edge in the divorce community. They specialize in resolving high-conflict communication, shutting down coercive control, and helping clients heal from emotional abuse. Their work is always through a child-centered lens, whether the work happens in coaching, mediation, or documentation analysis.

Their passion for their work started early. At 22, Jan and Jillian volunteered with the National Runaway Safeline, mediating high-conflict conversations between parents and teens who had run away from home. They provided compassionate guidance and solutions to families experiencing raw unresolved moments bridging the gaps in their differences. That experience became the foundation for everything that followed: a Master's in Marriage & Family Psychology, Mediation Certification, Bestselling Authors, and a career built on helping families find their way back to stability.
